The idea of Immune Assist is to increase resistance against colds and flus however it can also be taken acutely at the onset of any symptoms to promote faster healing and support the immune system.

Immune Assist is appropriate for the entire family. To increase resistance against seasonal colds and flus, adults take 2 sprays and children take 1 spray daily, for the first 3 days of each month from April until November.
When used acutely to support cold or flu like symptoms, adults can take 2 sprays, 3 times a day during the infection period.
Children can take 1 spray, 3 times a day.
Homeopathic medication should be taken away from peppermint, mint toothpaste and coffee by at least 15 minutes.
